Production time

Every portrait is made to order. Once you choose your portrait preview, allow 2–3 business days for printing and framing before your order ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, and shipping is free on every order. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Every order is packed flat and shipped carbon-neutral.

Tracking your order

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your portrait ships. If anything looks off in transit, just reply to that email and we'll sort it out.

Our satisfaction guarantee

We make your print from the portrait preview you choose, so there are no surprises between screen and wall. We build every portrait to actually look like your pet, and we stand behind that:

• If it arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no questions asked.
• If it doesn't truly look like your pet, tell us what's off and we'll remake it free. And if the remake still isn't right, we'll refund you in full. Getting the likeness right is the whole point, and we don't consider an order done until it does.
• If something's genuinely wrong, we'll always make it right.

Returns & exchanges

Because each portrait is custom-made for your pet, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of heart. But anything genuinely wrong — damage, a misprint, or a portrait that doesn't look like your pet — is fully covered by our satisfaction guarantee above, including a free remake and, if we still can't get it right, a full refund.
