Here's what to expect from the moment you approve your preview to the day your portrait arrives.
Production time
Every portrait is made to order. Once you approve your preview, allow 2–4 business days for printing and framing before your order ships.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders over $100 ship free; orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Every order is packed flat and shipped carbon-neutral.
Tracking your order
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your portrait ships. If anything looks off in transit, just reply to that email and we'll sort it out.
Our satisfaction guarantee
What you approve in preview is exactly what we print. Because each portrait is custom-made for your pet, we're not able to offer refunds — but we stand behind every order. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement. If the artwork just didn't turn out the way you were hoping, request a replacement and our customer care team will follow up with you — we offer a satisfaction guarantee for up to 30 days after your order is placed.
Returns & exchanges
Because each portrait is custom-made for your pet, we can't accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds. Orders that arrive damaged or misprinted get a free replacement, and any other issues with your artwork are covered by our satisfaction guarantee above.
