How does PawPiece work?+
Upload a photo of your pet, choose Head or Full Body, and our studio engine renders them in our Modern style on the background and frame you pick. You'll see a free preview before anything is printed.
What photo should I use?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet is facing the camera works best. For Head portraits, get close so their face fills the frame; for Full Body, make sure their whole shape — head to paws — is visible.
Will the preview match what gets printed?+
Yes. The preview you approve is rendered at full resolution and is exactly what we send to print — same crop, background, and frame.
What sizes and frames are available?+
Every portrait is available in 8×10", 12×16", and 18×24", framed in solid oak with corners mitered at a clean 45°. Choose from four finishes — Natural, White, Walnut, or Black Oak.
Can I order more than one pet?+
Each portrait features one pet. If you have more than one, create a separate portrait for each — they look great hung together.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. You can upload, preview, and check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to reorder later.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Allow 2–4 business days for printing and framing, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the United States. See Shipping & returns for details.
What if I don't love how it turns out?+
Because each portrait is made to order, we're not able to offer refunds. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, or the artwork just didn't turn out the way you were hoping, we'll make it right with a free replacement — see Shipping & returns for our satisfaction guarantee.
