What photo should I use?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet is facing the camera works best — get close so their face fills the frame.
Will the preview match what gets printed?+
Yes. The portrait preview you choose is what we prepare for print — same crop, background, and frame.
What if I don't love how it turns out?+
Getting the likeness right is the whole point. If it doesn't truly look like your pet, tell us what's off and we'll remake it free — and if the remake still isn't right, we'll refund you in full. Damaged or misprinted orders get a free replacement too. If anything is genuinely wrong, we'll always make it right. See our satisfaction guarantee.
How long until it arrives?+
