What photo should I use?+
A clear, well-lit photo works best — make sure your pet's whole shape, head to paws, is visible and in focus.
Will the preview match what gets printed?+
Yes. The preview you approve is rendered at full resolution and is exactly what we send to print — same crop, background, and frame.
What if I don't love how it turns out?+
Because each portrait is made to order, we're not able to offer refunds. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement. If the artwork just didn't turn out the way you were hoping, request a replacement and our customer care team will follow up — see our satisfaction guarantee.
How long until it arrives?+
Allow 2–4 business days for printing and framing, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the United States. Orders over $100 ship free.
